Working/Functional Title

Associate Director of Outreach

Position Summary

The Eli Broad College of Business is entering an important phase of growth and transformation across its graduate programs, grounded in a
strategic focus on access, innovation, and student success. To support this work, the College is strengthening its approach to recruitment and
enrollment management, with an emphasis on building robust pipelines and deeper external engagement.

The Associate Director of Outreach for Graduate Programs will be a results-oriented recruitment professional who identifies, recruits, guides,
and supports high-quality prospective graduate students, helping them achieve their professional and career goals.

The Associate Director will provide highly professional outreach, communication, and enrollment advising for the Broad College portfolio of graduate degree and certificate programs.

Key responsibilities include outreach to traditional and non-traditional prospective students seeking professional-oriented graduate business
education and preparation for graduate-level academic success; outreach and relationship development with corporations, organizations, alumni,
and key stakeholders to support recruitment efforts; and the development and implementation of marketing, communication, and enrollment
management systems that contribute to student success.

The Associate Director will execute targeted recruitment strategies and activities, including information sessions, employer engagement, alumni
outreach, and individualized candidate advising, to build and convert a strong prospective student pipeline. The position will also maintain
involvement in appropriate professional and community organizations to cultivate sustainable relationships that strengthen recruitment pathways
and advance the visibility of Broad graduate programs.

Additional responsibilities include supporting graduate programs initiatives and enrollment efforts across the Broad College as needed.

This position reports to the Senior Director, Graduate Operations and Academic Services and operates in a semi-autonomous but highly
collaborative environment. The position is hybrid with an expectation of consistent time on campus, regional travel, and periodic evening and
weekend responsibilities.
