This is a temporary or an on-call position. Provides professional support. Responsibilities may include general business, science, medical, agricultural or other professional support functions. Term: Temps can work two (2) nine (9) month terms with a week break in service in between and at the end of the second term terminate for three (3) months or switch to an on-call. On-Call allowed to work 1039 hours in any twelve (12) month period.
University Health and Wellbeing is looking for a creative and motivated individual to join our Communications team as a temp on call position. This position will require in office presence. This position will manage the @HealthySpartans social media accounts by creating compelling posts, scheduling content using Hootsuite, interacting with other MSU handles to grow our presence, and responding to comments and inquiries. They will utilize Mail Chimp to design and send internally facing emails, as well as externally facing newsletters. They will also be responsible for ensuring all communication materials are accessible (ie, adding alt text, formatting data in PowerPoint presentations) to provide equitable access and opportunity to the large and diverse audience on campus.
