Position Summary(Basic Job Function)

This is a temporary or an on-call position. Provides professional support. Responsibilities may include general business, science, medical, agricultural or other professional support functions. Term: Temps can work two (2) nine (9) month terms with a week break in service in between and at the end of the second term terminate for three (3) months or switch to an on-call. On-Call allowed to work 1039 hours in any twelve (12) month period.

Unit Position Summary

1) Digital Humanities Site ● Identify, scan, transcribe, and analyze archival documents related to the project; ● Site design/conceptualization (including meeting with web design consultants); ● Write site section narratives, including historical context, methods description, and municipality-focused entries; ● Develop digital humanities skills and project-related teaching materials for public-facing workshops; and ● Prepare site for launch within the Taller Entre Aguas online ecosystem

 2) Field School Workshop Facilitation ● Develop, prepare, and facilitate annual archival workshop for TEA Field School participants; ● Coordinate with archives and archivists in Puerto Rico in alignment with grant objectives to enable access and training for participants on-site; ● Develop and arrange materials for workshop, including selected readings, worksheets, and collections guides

3) Grant Related Tasks ● Meet regularly with grant P.I. and administrative team for planning, logistics, and progress updates; ● Coordinate meetings for TEA team at archives and with archivists in Puerto Rico (planning meeting and each summer
