Position Summary
Short-term(6 month) full-time fully remote postdoctoral research position available. Candidate will be responsible for analyzing population-level amplicon sequencing data and writing manuscripts related to grape powdery mildew. Candidate will function collaboratively as part of a multi-state/institution SCRI project, and be responsible for presenting research updates to colleagues and stakeholders at annual project meeting. Successful candidate should have experience using command line sequence analysis software and analyzing next generation sequencing data. Knowledge of population genetic analyses is a plus.

Doctorate -Plant Biology/Genetics or related discipline
