Position Summary
Manages and oversees the financial, operational, and personnel activities of the MSU Center for Bleeding and Clotting Disorders Clinic (CBCD) while ensuring compliance with federal regulations and the advancement of patient centered programs.
Minimum Requirements
Knowledge equivalent to that which normally would be acquired by completing a four-year college degree program in Business or Healthcare Administration or a related field; three to five years of related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience in a medical clinic practice, ambulatory setting or health facility involving physician practice, including experience in management and supervision; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Summary of Physical Demands
Mildly disagreeable working conditions involving possible exposure to infectious diseases and bodily wastes and secretions. The job requires significant physical effort and involves fine manual dexterity lifting and maneuvering patients, extensive walking and standing 26-75% of the time; visual and aural acuity necessary to monitor patient care.
Summary of Health Risks
Exposure to human blood, serum, and other body fluids; and materials covered under Universal Precautions; TB risk or work within three (3) feet of patients in a health care setting; wear a respirator.
