Technical Aide

Position Summary(Basic Job Function)

This is a temporary or an on-call position. Provides technical support. Responsibilities may include computer programming or operations; research support; medical patient care; technical equipment maintenance, repair, fabrication or operation; or other technical support functions.

Unit Position Summary

An assistant with experience with community-based research on older adults. This person must possess communication, outreach and social skills working with the geriatric population,  and also have the capacity to conduct literature review and 

data analysis. This assistant needs to have at least a master's degree in social science or related fields , such as social work, sociology, psychology and public health.
