Laborer I

Position Summary(Basic Job Function)

This is a temporary position.
To work as a laborer in a wide variety of routine manual labor areas.

Unit Position Summary

Duties would include selling livestock bedding, watering & dragging the arena, keeping up on trash and manure and other cleaning/maintenance duties that are required during a livestock event.

Work Hours

Hours will be 8:30 am - 5:30 pm. and must work every other weekend with variable hours.

Summary of Health Risks

Will be around livestock animals and heavy equipment.

Summary of Physical Demands

Position involves physically demanding work requiring lifting 50 pounds or more with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing 25 pounds or more.
