Position Summary(Basic Job Function)

This is a temporary or an on-call position. Provides technical support. Responsibilities may include computer programming or operations; research support; medical patient care; technical equipment maintenance, repair, fabrication or operation; or other technical support functions.

Unit Position Summary

The successful candidate will work in collaboration with employees at the Axia Institute and faculty at Michigan State University supporting network analysis and digitization activities for the Institute. Job responsibilities include gathering data, processing, filtering, developing forecasting, and presenting models on Axia’s healthcare and food digitization platform proof of concept. The candidate will also work on writing white papers and preparing simulations of the platform.

Engineering (Computer Science, Statistics and Mathematics, or related backgrounds)
