Position Summary(Basic Job Function)
This an on-call position. Provides clerical support as well as reception and retail support. Responsibilities may include secretarial, receptionist, bookkeeping, information processing or related clerical tasks. On-Call employees allowed to work up to 40 hours/week for three (3) months then must be moved down to 19 hours/week and cannot work more than 520 hours in any six (6) month period.
Unit Position Summary
This position will provide support at the Gatehouse of Hidden Lake Gardens and/or the Gift Shop as needs arise. There may also be opportunities to assist in the main office.
Clerical experience is required for inventory and other job duties as assigned.
This position is located at Hidden Lake Gardens in Tipton, MI, which is located between Jackson and Ann Arbor (about 64 miles from MSU's main campus in East Lansing).
Hours are flexible and may vary seasonally. Weekend work is often required.
