Position Summary
We are looking for a skilled laboratory employee with deep knowledge of herbicide resistance mechanisms and how to elucidate them. We especially are looking for individuals that can perform gene cloning, C14-HPLC, basic bioinformatics, and most molecular biology techniques. The position will also have graduate student mentoring responsibilities. The candidate will be expected to publish regularly (several times a year) both as first author and as supporting author on high-impact manuscripts. This position requires a PhD in weed science, plant biology, agriculture or related field.
