Provide front‐line operational coordination for the “workstation and mobility services” (WMS) within "Executive Support” team to function and WMS is responsible for maintaining security standards on devices issued by WMS, including, but not limited to, antivirus software provisioning, software patching, and encryption configuration. Utilize MCMEM and Jamf software imaging and security updates including backup, and restoration services for WMS‐managed devices. Understanding of conference room with zoom, AV support, and teams video connections. High impact and high level support needs for Exec level positions as needed.

Unit Specific Education/Experience/Skills
Knowledge equivalent to that which normally would be acquired by completing a four-year college degree program with coursework in an information technology specialization related to the area of employment. One to Three years of related work experience in an information technology area related to the duties to be performed; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with imaging, asset management, and backup software: working with vendors; managing workstations in a complex environment (both Windows and iOS); exceptional customer service values and skills, including ability to successfully resolve conflict constructively and to maintain positive relationship with customer groups; ability to work collaboratively in a team environment; ability to work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines; curiosity in new & emerging technologies.
Ability to isolate, analyze, describe, and resolve complex issues. Strong reasoning skills.
